Last week my husband and I celebrated our fourth wedding anniversary. Since we got married on the first day of summer, we thought it would be fitting to celebrate our anniversary with one of the rites of summer we most look forward to: crabs out on the deck of Cantler’s in Annapolis. We watched dusk settle over the water and enjoyed a veritable feast of crabs.
I love the slow process of getting the meat from each crab. It forces you to slow down and savor the meal — and the company.
