After my department award ceremony on Friday night, my husband and I went for a celebratory dinner at one of my favorite DC restaurants. I had my fingers crossed that they’d have their summer menu, and sure enough, they did. Le Pain Quotidien makes the best gazpacho I’ve ever tasted. And they have some of the prettiest sunlight.

UM. I’m hungry, now, that’s how effective and gorgeous this photo is. I have no idea how I never heard of this restaurant before! Thankfully, I just looked at their website and they have tow locations in Center City Philly I will definitely be hitting up soon.
